Spirit Release
This encompasses another spectrum of my work and may appear at anytime. Sometimes spirits feature in my building alignment work causing disruption and at other times they present themselves with a client when he or she comes for a healing. It is helpful to have some understanding though, so I have put together some frequently asked questions to provide you with clarification.
Understanding our ghostly friends and frequently asked questions
Why are there ghosts or EBS?
Earthbound spirits (commonly referred to as ghosts, although earthbound spirits is the correct term) roam around the astral planes because they are stuck and/or are somewhat lost. Upon death, they didn’t follow the normal channels towards the light.
Why don’t they just leave?
Unfortunately for them, once they decide not to go to the light their personal guides and individual gate-keepers have to detach. This means their only way back to the light is via the help of a person on this earthly plane who is able to assist and act as a bridge.
Can you send them on their merry way?
Earthbound Spirits (EBS) know exactly who can be of assistance should they wish to return to the light and their loved ones. They recognise such people by their resonance or frequency, which is seen in terms of actual light. It’s a bit like a ship at sea amidst dense fog seeing a lighthouse.
Why do EBS choose to stay on the astral plane and roam around?
There are a whole host of reasons why this occurs. Firstly, they may be in some sort of shock and became confused. This was very evident to me when I cleared souls who had died during World War 2 in submarines @ Bergen in Norway. In this particular case, some were full of fear and panic due to the nature of their death (drowning in not only water but also very enclosed chambers). I also believe that some desperately wanted to contact their loved ones and families and visit their homes before departing to the light. This caused problems and contributed to these spirits getting stuck.
Some spirits are angry at the curtailment of their lives especially if they have been involved in accidents. They may feel short changed and hence choose not to go to the light. Again they are often in shock and are feeling confused and experiencing some anger.
Some are frightened to go to the light because they judge their own actions and feel shame. Perhaps they have been a murderer or abusive. Somehow they have forgotten their original spiritual contract.
Others don’t want to leave their loved ones behind. And within this category lies all kinds of mixed emotions. Equally, some spirits want revenge for being rebuffed or rejected and have no intention of letting someone else move in on their territory with their old Mrs or roving ex husband, so to speak.
As you can see, we are starting to build up intricate and colourful reasons as to why a spirit might not choose to go to the light.
Can everyone go the light regardless of what has happened on the earthly plane?
Absolutely! No one is exempt. You don’t have to have religious beliefs or preferences and nor are you judged.
Do all ghosts or EBS recognise they are not in a body?
No. Some take a wee bit of an adjustment period, but it’s not long before they realize they can’t do some of the things that we are able to do in human form. And equally they are able to do certain things that we as humans are unable to do (drift through matter for example – brick walls). But remember when the incarnate beings passed over (i.e. died and left their physical bodies) they had the choice to engage with their loved ones in spirit and pass over to the light with the help of their gatekeeper and other light beings.
Once they realize they are trapped and after some refection, do these EBS and ghosts want to make their way to the light?
Some do and some don’t!
There are 3 categories here. Firstly, those who desperately want to make their way to the light and hence seek out people like me. The 2nd category involves those who are uncertain, possibly toying with the idea but are lacking in trust. And within the 3rd category are those who have no intention of going to the light. (Some of these are certainly disruptive whilst others may be less intrusive.)
