Energetic Diagnostic Survey

A Healthy Home is a Happy Home!

The whole purpose of an EDS is to identify any problematic areas, which might later lead to all kinds of disruption from ill-health to financial drains. Most of us have the freedom to make a choice in our purchases so it makes sense that with our biggest investment (a property), we take our time and get it right. I strongly believe that in the future these types of surveys will be carried out as standard procedure. Of course, it is not always in everybody’s interests to have such a survey done because there are sales to be made and money to be exchanged. However, I for one wouldn’t dream of purchasing any building now without going into the energetics of the place. It’s just too short sighted.

For any of you, who may be unfamiliar with what I look at when a survey is requested, below is a detailed list:

The land on which the site/building has been constructed. In other words what was the land used for prior to the construction:

  1. Farmland
  2. Derelict Land
  3. Old burial ground or past cemetery
  4. Landfill site or dumped waste
  5. Bomb site or battleground

Where are the following lines and flow in relation to the direct building?:

  1. Hartman Lines
  2. Curry Lines
  3. Water
  4. Power Cables etc

Surrounding Influences:

  1. Masts & Pylons
  2. Rivers
  3. Geopathic Stress
  4. Churches & Cemeteries
  5. Hospitals
  6. Pipelines
  7. Earthbound Spirits (Ghosts)

Emotional Energy

  1. Occupants
  2. Any EBS/ Ghosts that need to be moved on
  3. Current or existing energy that needs addressing

N.B. All of the above are linked into sleep disturbances and insomnia

Actual physical structure of the building:

  1. Foundations and vertical structures
  2. Energy drains and energy sinks
  3. Construction weaknesses on the build

Although this is usually done with building surveys in association with mortgages, I think it is also nice to get confirmation from someone like myself.

What was the purpose and original intention of the land?

  1. Green Space
  2. Agriculture
  3. Housing or commercial property
  4. Commerce etc
