“Well Hello”
Connecting and working with your guides is beautiful and the first time that you connect, in a conscious way, can be quite profound and overwhelming. I use the word overwhelming because for so many people, there is this incredible feeling of not being alone anymore. All those struggles and challenges and difficulties suddenly seem to be understood by someone, who not only knows us so well, but also lovingly offers understanding for those things that we have done or might have said that we are not so proud of. Forgiveness isn’t in their vocabulary because they do not judge and in its’ place is tenderness for that which we hold onto and the lack of forgiveness we possess for our very own selves.
Guides tend to present themselves in a manner which is acceptable and that’s why we tend to hear of Native American Indians, Buddhist monks and other associated spiritual beings making an appearance. But in honesty, guides come in all shapes and sizes so to speak. Sometimes I have had a specific guide with me for 2 or 3 years and then, for some reason, it has been time to go and another guide or team have stepped in. I guess it all depends on what we are working with in our life at the time.
In order to work & connect with your guides, you have to quieten the mind and change your wavelength. This in itself is great because so often we are scurrying around chasing our tails. Effectively quietening your whole body and energy field creates a conducive space for you to go within and ask any questions that you may have. I think what is so empowering is the self reliance that you generate from your own personal dialogue with your guides. So often in life when we have queries and dilemmas, we tend to seek reassurance, justification or validation from others. And although on some occasions this may be beneficial, it can also be detrimental if your agenda doesn’t quite match up with theirs. Guides, on the other hand, offer loving teaching and know exactly how to deliver delicate viewpoints upon those issues that we may wish to ignore.
And definitely the greatest experience by far is basking in pure unconditional love. This is particularly evident when you connect with the higher realms, angelic frequencies and those loving Ascended Masters.
